      The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed to investigate a criminal case regarding a complaint about the violation of the rights of a resident of Sarapul. In 2021, the building was recognized as emergency due to a high degree of physical wear, but no measures have been taken to provide the woman with decent housing, and the relocation deadlines have only been set for 2032-2036. Appeals to various authorities have yielded no results. Since December 2025, a criminal case has been investigated by the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Udmurt Republic, for which Alexander Bastrykin had previously instructed to present a report. The chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Udmurt Republic, Rustam Tugushev, to expedite the investigation of the criminal case and present a report on its results, as well as the ongoing work to implement the right of residents of emergency housing to decent housing. The execution of the instruction has been placed under control in the central office of the agency.
