Nizhny Novgorod authorities approved utility rate standards for calculating subsidies for the third quarter.

Nizhny Novgorod authorities approved utility rate standards for calculating subsidies for the third quarter.

On June 30, 2026, at 14:07, the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved regional standards for the cost of housing and communal services, which will be used for calculating subsidies for housing and utility payments in the third quarter of 2026. The resolution was published on the official legal acts portal.

The document provides for three separate standards. They are established for apartment owners in multi-apartment buildings, for tenants and users of state and municipal housing stock, as well as for owners of individual houses and housing in emergency buildings.

The sizes of the standards vary by municipality and depend on the family composition — for single residents, families of two, and families of three or more.

Thus, for apartment owners in multi-apartment buildings, the highest indicator is set in the municipal district of Shakhunya — 6914.66 rubles per month for a single resident, 5153.4 rubles for a family member of two, and 4713.09 rubles for a family member of three or more. The lowest is in the Krasnooktyabrsky district, where it amounts to 3273.89 rubles, 2227.05 rubles, and 1965.34 rubles, respectively.

In Nizhny Novgorod, there are two values. 5381.58 rubles applies to a single resident in the settlements of the Kstovo district, 4046.11 rubles if there are two people in the family, and 3712.24 rubles for three. For the rest of the territory of the urban district, the standard is set at 5636.95 rubles, 4140.91 rubles, and 3766.9 rubles, respectively.

For tenants and users of residential premises, the indicators are generally higher than for apartment owners. Thus, in Shakhunya, the highest standard is also established for this category — 7211.99 rubles per month for a single resident, 5342.61 rubles for a family of two, and 4875.27 rubles for a family of three or more. The lowest indicator in this category is also noted in the Krasnooktyabrsky district — 3211.52 rubles, 2187.36 rubles, and 1931.32 rubles, respectively.

For residents of the Kstovo district, it amounts to 5574.3 rubles, 4168.75 rubles, and 3817.36 rubles, respectively, while in the rest of the "Big Nizhny" territory — 6598.9 rubles for a single resident, 4753.06 rubles for a family member of two, and 4291.6 rubles if there are three or more people in the family.

For residents of individual houses and owners of premises in emergency buildings, the standards are lower. For example, in Shakhunya, the indicators for this category are set at 1705.87 rubles — one of the lowest indicators. Leading here is Vyksa, where it amounts to 4812.39 rubles for a single resident. In the Kstovo district, this figure is 4199.94 rubles, while in the rest of Nizhny Novgorod, it is 2973.93 rubles.

It was previously reported that starting in September, a unified regulation for the acceptance of work on the maintenance and current repair of common property in multi-apartment buildings will come into effect.
