Two-time Gagarin Cup winner Kraskovsky has become a player for HC Torpedo.

Two-time Gagarin Cup winner Pavel Kraskovsky has changed his registration from Yaroslavl. The forward has signed a two-year contract with Nizhny Novgorod's Torpedo, the club's press service reported.

The 29-year-old hockey player is known for his impressive size and vast experience in the KHL. His entire previous career at the highest level took place within the Yaroslavl Lokomotiv system, where he debuted back in 2013.

Over 13 seasons, the forward has accumulated impressive statistics: 699 games and exactly 200 points (79+121) in the "goal+assist" system. In the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 seasons, he won the Gagarin Cup with his team.

The forward is valued by coaching staffs for his versatility and stability when playing in unequal lineups. He is equally effective in both power plays and penalty kills. His career faceoff win percentage stands at 51.1%, while his plus/minus rating is "+69."

The general director of the Nizhny Novgorod club, Evgeny Zabuga, highly praised the transfer, calling the contract signing a transfer success for the team.

"Pavel had several worthy offers, including from his home club. Throughout his career, he has proven his reliability and stability, his ability to work honestly and patiently in different situations, and most importantly, his ability to achieve maximum results. Two consecutive Gagarin Cups and three consecutive finals in his sports biography are the best confirmation of that," emphasized Zabuga.

The director also expressed confidence that Kraskovsky will have all the opportunities for further sports growth and conquering new heights at Torpedo.

It was previously reported that the Nizhny Novgorod team made a three-way trade with Avtomobilist and Dynamo. Forward Nikita Artamonov and defenseman Andrey Salnikov left the Torpedo system.
