A new cottage settlement will be built in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      On June 24, 2026, at 15:06, the Society DOM.RF announced bidding for the right to conclude a contract for the comprehensive development of the territory (KRT) in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This was reported by the company's press service.

      The site in question is located in Lyskov, covering an area of 10.11 hectares. The urban development potential of the area is no less than 9,200 square meters of low-rise housing.

      Applications for participation in the electronic auction can be submitted until August 17, with the auction taking place on August 21. The starting price for the right to conclude the KRT contract is 1.82 million rubles.

      The site is located near Vodozabornaya and Kazanskaya streets, not far from the M-7 highway. Surrounding the land are vacant areas and gardening associations, with the Valava River nearby. Additionally, the Lyskovsky fruit nursery is located close by.

      Within a radius of up to 1.2 km, the necessary infrastructure is available: shops, social facilities, hotels, banks, and catering establishments. The public transport stop "Lyskovo - Yarmarka" is located 100 meters away. The distance to the Volga River is about 9.5 km, and to Nizhny Novgorod is approximately 70 km.

      According to the terms of the KRT contract, in addition to individual and block residential houses, the construction of social, engineering, and transport infrastructure facilities is planned, as well as landscaping and greening of the area. The project implementation period is seven years.
