Beeline has launched the transfer of minutes and gigabytes from roaming to the home network.
On June 24, 2026, at 16:30, Beeline launched a new feature: unused roaming minutes and gigabytes no longer expire but are transferred to the home balance. The transfer occurs automatically after the package is disabled—customers do not need to connect anything or make additional settings. Remaining minutes and internet are credited in the form of additional packages valid for 30 days. Minutes are transferred at a rate of x5 and are available for calls to all numbers within Russia. Internet is transferred at a rate of x10. For example, if a customer has 5 minutes and 500 MB of internet left, they will be credited 25 minutes and 5 GB in their home network for 30 days. Transferred minutes and gigabytes will remain on an additional balance, which is used preferentially over the main tariff packages.
The new feature also works within the "Family" service. Transferred minutes and gigabytes are available for shared use within the family group. If roaming balances are retained by a group member, they are transferred to the main number of the family owner.
This new capability allows customers to retain the value of unused services while traveling and continue using them after returning to Russia.
Alexey Geidur, Director of Product Lifecycle Management at Beeline, stated: "We see that simple and fair conditions are particularly important for customers. If a person did not manage to fully use the package while traveling, these minutes and gigabytes should not just disappear. Therefore, we made it so that the remaining balances are automatically transferred to the main tariff and continue to work for the customer already in Russia."
For customer convenience, Beeline is also developing tools for self-configuration of services in international roaming. The mobile app (12+) features a builder that allows users to select the optimal amount of internet and minutes, as well as the validity period of the package, taking into account the country of travel and individual communication usage scenarios.
