A 12-year-old train surfer sustained serious injuries while riding on a bus in Arzamas.

      June 24, 2026 16:13 Incidents On June 23, an accident occurred in Arzamas involving a 12-year-old boy. The boy got caught on the rear bumper of a bus and was dragged for several meters before jumping onto the roadway. This was reported by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate. As a result, the teenager sustained serious injuries: a closed fracture of the skull base, a closed traumatic brain injury, and a concussion. The injured boy was hospitalized. The State Traffic Inspectorate of the region reminded that "skitching," which has become popular among teenagers, remains an extremely dangerous activity that often ends in severe injuries and even death.
