      June 24, 2026 14:09 Economy The repeated procedure for the sale of assets of the Raven Russia Group and LLC "Pervomayskaya Zarya" will take place on June 30, including 18 companies in the lot: 100% of the charter capital of LLC "Kulon SPB", LLC "Logopark Ob", LLC "Kstovo-Development", LLC "Phoenix", LLC "Liga", LLC "Sever Estate", LLC "EG Logistics", LLC "Soyuz-Invest", LLC "Gorigo", LLC "Delta", LLC "Logopark Don", LLC "Kstovsky Industrial Park 1", LLC "Pervomayskaya Zarya" and shares of JSC "Kulon-Istra", JSC "Noginsk-Vostok", JSC "Kulon Development", JSC "Resource-Economy", JSC "Toros". The total value of the lot is 92,547,229,000 rubles. The acceptance of applications is open from June 23, 2026, and will end on June 29, 2026. Bidding will open on June 30, 2026, at 13:00 Moscow time on the electronic platform of JSC "Russian Auction House". According to the requirements of privatization legislation, the starting price of the procedure is equal to the market value of the sold asset, with a sequential reduction of up to 50% of the starting price. The reduction step will be 5%. If several participants confirm the initial price or the price established at one of the reduction steps, an auction will be held to raise the price with a step of 1%.
