Anton Dorofeev has headed the Nizhny Novgorod Hydroelectric Power Station.

      June 22, 2026 12:08 Society Anton Dorofeev has been appointed head of the Nizhny Novgorod Hydroelectric Power Plant, a branch of PJSC "RusHydro." He replaces Alexander Goizeband, who previously left the position. The relevant information has been published on the official website of the branch. It is known that Anton Dorofeev will also continue to lead the Cheboksary Hydroelectric Power Plant. Thus, he will combine the management of two hydroelectric stations located on the Volga, which fits into plans for the creation of a unified cascade in the future. The specialist has been working in hydropower for about 25 years. He began his career in 2002 at the Cheboksary Hydroelectric Power Plant as a section master. From 2019 to 2021, Anton Dorofeev worked at the Nizhny Novgorod Hydroelectric Power Plant, where he rose to the position of chief engineer. Later, he returned to the Cheboksary station, taking the position of director.
