      June 22, 2026 12:22 Economy As clarified by the press service of the Russian bank, modern ATMs of Russian production are gradually replacing outdated models, replenishing the bank's fleet and substituting foreign solutions. It is reported that VTB has increased the number of ATMs to 20,000, combining the bank's devices with the network of Post Bank and expanding its own fleet. More than 2,500 of them are installed in the branches of Russian Post. Since the beginning of the year, ATMs have appeared in 175 settlements that were previously not included in the geography of presence. All 89 regions of Russia are covered—from Baltiysk in the Kaliningrad region to Anadyr in Chukotka. "By expanding our business, we are increasing the geography of our ATMs, which are in demand not only by our clients but also by cardholders of other banks. Since the beginning of the year, turnover on third-party cards has increased by 39%. Today, we are actively working on placing ATMs in convenient locations, updating their design, and expanding functionality—from opening deposits to pension transfers.
