One of the exits of the "Leninskaya" metro station has been closed for repairs in Nizhny Novgorod.

      On June 19, 2026, at 11:27 AM, the Society reported that planned roof repairs began at the exit No. 2 of the "Leninskaya" metro station in Nizhny Novgorod on June 19. During the work, the exit will be closed to passengers, as reported by the Nizhny Novgorod Metro.

      Entry and exit to the first vestibule of the station is organized through exit No. 1 from the side of house No. 4 on Lenin Avenue. Signs with information about the ongoing repairs and detour maps are placed near the exits.

      To cross Lenin Avenue, passengers can use the underground passage through exits No. 3 and No. 4.

      The metro emphasized that the restriction will remain in effect until the repair work is completed.

      Earlier, similar work began at the stair exit No. 5 of the "Chkalovskaya" metro station from the side of Vitebskaya Street.

      Additionally, at the end of last year, after repairs, exits No. 4 and No. 6 of the "Zarechnaya" metro station were opened for passengers. The roof repairs at exit No. 3 have also been completed.
