The former chairman of the board of directors of "Pari NN" has become the CEO of "Fakel."
Former chairman of the board of directors of FC "Pari Nizhny Novgorod" Dmitry Kondratov has been appointed as the general director of Voronezh's "Fakel." He began his duties on June 19, the club's press service reported. Kondratov is 36 years old. He has experience in sports management and previously headed the boards of directors of several football clubs, including serving as chairman of the board of directors of "Pari NN." The new general director of "Fakel" has a specialized education in sports law. He graduated from the Department of Sports Law at the Moscow State Law Academy named after O.E. Kutafin. In addition to his work in club football, Kondratov served as an advisor to the general director of the All-Russian Professional Football Union. He also worked as the deputy chairman of the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Russian Football Union. Furthermore, the new head of the Voronezh club is a member of the board of the Russian Computer Sports Federation. It is worth noting that at the end of the 2025/26 season, "Pari NN" finished second to last in the RPL and will compete in the First League next season. In contrast, "Fakel" returned to the RPL a year after relegation. It was also reported that defender Maxim Shnaptsov transferred from "Pari NN" to "Baltika."
