      On June 11, 2026, at 14:19 Society Another emergency house will be demolished on Sutyrina Street, as reported on the state procurement website. The administration of the Sormovsky district has placed a request for quotations. They are ready to spend almost 6.5 million rubles for the demolition of house No. 8 (letter A). Funding is provided from the budget of Nizhny Novgorod for 2026 under the article "Expenses for the demolition of buildings." The contractor is to complete the work within 30 calendar days from the moment the contract is signed. Early completion of the demolition is allowed by mutual agreement of the parties. The acceptance of applications will last until June 17, and the results of the contractor selection are planned to be summarized on June 19. Recall that in February 2026, it was reported about the expropriation of house No. 8 for further demolition. The neighboring house No. 10 on Sutyrina Street will also be demolished. Initially, 5.85 million rubles were allocated for these purposes, but the contract was ultimately signed for the amount of 3 million rubles.
