This is reported by the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations. According to the agency, on June 10, heavy rains will occur in some areas of the region. The bad weather will persist into the first half of the night on June 11. Drivers are advised to be especially cautious. When driving personal vehicles, it is recommended to reduce speed due to decreased visibility, softening and washing away of road shoulders and dirt roads, as well as increased slipperiness of the roadway, which may lead to skidding. In addition, residents are advised to avoid low-lying areas.
