According to residents of Nizhny Novgorod, the availability of the medication remains unstable: some pharmacies still have analogs, but their numbers are quickly decreasing. "I've been chasing it all over the city for several months, I even went to Shcherbinki," she complained. The Nizhny Novgorod regional pharmacy clarified in response to an inquiry from NIA that "Salofalk" in the form of rectal suppositories (candles) is available at the "State Pharmacy," but in limited quantities. At the same time, the warehouse of GP NO "NOF" has mesalazine medications available in various dosages and forms for the provision of hospital and preferential segments. A representative of the region's healthcare sector, Alexey Nikonov, explained that the drug can be replaced with generics. The selection of an analog and form of release should only be carried out by a doctor. He also reminded that in the absence of a preferential medication, the prescription is placed for deferred service with a term of up to 10 working days from the date of the request, and the medication can be obtained by a trusted person of the patient.
