A new owner is planned to be found for the Lindovskaya poultry farm.

      On June 10, 2026, at 17:16, Society plans to find a new owner for JSC "Lindovskaya Poultry Farm - Breeding Plant." This was reported by the authorized representative for the protection of entrepreneurs' rights in the Nizhny Novgorod region, Pavel Solodky. According to him, the enterprise is currently in a state of bankruptcy. At the same time, there is a possibility of finding worthy buyers together with the owner and "breathing new life" into it. The business ombudsman also named one of the reasons for the difficult financial situation of the enterprise. He stated that the burden on the business has significantly increased due to rising interest rates on loans.

      In 2024, loans were issued at 10%, and in 2025, already at 27-30%, he noted.

      Recall that in December 2025, the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 18 for the Nizhny Novgorod region applied to the Arbitration Court of the region with a petition to declare JSC "Lindovskaya Poultry Farm - Breeding Plant" bankrupt. The amount of claims exceeds 49.9 million rubles. Earlier, employees of the enterprise reported delays in salary payments. Following their appeal, a criminal case was initiated. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, requested a report on the progress of the investigation and took personal control of the situation. Currently, according to Solodky, the debt has been fully repaid. Earlier, media reports emerged about possible salary delays at BK "Pari NN," after which the State Labor Inspectorate became interested in the situation.
