A Nizhny Novgorod resident was fined 40,000 rubles for littering from a "GAZelle" vehicle.

      On June 5, 2026, 19:28 Society Employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Nizhny Novgorod Region stopped the illegal dumping of bulky waste in the Kanavinsky District. This was reported by the press service of the agency. The violation was detected during a patrol of the area on June 4. Garbage was being unloaded from a "Gazelle" truck in a location not designated for its disposal. The driver was held administratively responsible and fined 40,000 rubles.
