A farm with cows caught fire in the Nizhny Novgorod region: details

      On June 5, 2026, at 21:31, Incidents More than 200 cows were rescued on a farm in the Koverninsky district, reported the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Nizhny Novgorod region. The fire occurred on June 5 on Proizvodstvennaya Street, 11, in the village of Gavrilovka. The building where the livestock was located was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived. Firefighters, along with farm employees, evacuated 210 heads of cattle, including seven calves, from the danger zone. Open burning was extinguished over an area of 2,262 square meters.
