Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Analytical Center signed an agreement.

      The government of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation" signed a cooperation agreement on June 5, 2026, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document was signed by Dmitry Starostin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region, and Konstantin Kalinin, Head of the Analytical Center. The agreement was prepared as part of scaling the experience of the Coordination Center of the Government of the Russian Federation to the regions. The Coordination Center of the Government of the Russian Federation is a format for interaction between federal ministries and agencies, regions, and organizations in resolving routine and emergency situations, implementing priority tasks and projects defined by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and the government of the country. Its activities are based on modern digital technologies, including special project management systems, socio-economic development risk management, data analysis, and feedback collection from citizens. As noted by Dmitry Starostin, the use of the Analytical Center's competencies will strengthen the existing management tools in the region, including the Regional Management Center, the Situational Center, the dashboard of Governor Gleb Nikitin, and the municipal management platform. According to Konstantin Kalinin, the Analytical Center has been implementing the project "Scaling the Coordination Center to the Regions" since 2022 and is ready to share experience and technologies for organizing the work of regional coordination centers in accordance with federal practices. The XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum takes place from June 3 to June 6, 2026. The forum has been held annually since 1997, and since 2006, it has been under the patronage and participation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. Supporting investment activity is one of the tasks of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy."
