More than 60 employees of the entrepreneurship support infrastructure have improved their qualifications at the "My Business" intensive school.

      More than 60 leaders and employees of the entrepreneurship support infrastructure from 38 municipalities of the Nizhny Novgorod region underwent training in the "Intensive School" course in the city of Bor. The event is aimed at sharing experiences, updating knowledge, and mastering new tools for work. The meeting was organized by the regional center "My Business" in accordance with the goals and objectives of the federal project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." The Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Maxim Cherkasov, the head of the local government of the municipal district of the city of Bor, Alexey Borovsky, as well as representatives of the regional center "My Business," the Industrial Development Fund, the regional microcredit company "GosMFO," the Center for Import and Import Substitution, the Export Support Center, and the Nizhny Novgorod Innovation Business Incubator participated in the intensive. "We strive to ensure that entrepreneurs in all municipalities of the region receive support at an equally high level. It is important not only to inform specialists about new tools but also to create conditions for experience exchange between teams from different territories. The Intensive School allows us to achieve this goal. At the event, participants analyzed real business requests, discussed successful practices, and developed solutions that they will implement in their daily work," noted Maxim Cherkasov. The practical part of the intensive was based on seven real situations faced by employees of the regional support infrastructure. Participants formed teams, analyzed the proposed situations, and prepared action plans for specific business projects. Recommendations for scaling activities were formulated for each company, and the most suitable state support measures were selected. Teams worked on cases of enterprises engaged in construction, machine engineering, industrial automation, light and forest chemical industries, as well as trading in industrial equipment. The educational program included relevant state support measures for businesses, consultations from experts, networking sessions, and training aimed at developing communication, negotiation skills, and increasing the effectiveness of interaction with entrepreneurs. The Intensive School has been held at least twice a year since 2019. The national project "Effective and Competitive Economy," initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, is the main tool for forming a new growth model. It includes federal projects aimed at developing small and medium entrepreneurship, increasing labor productivity, boosting investment activity, low-carbon development, and developing the state system of statistics and forecasting. One of the main points of the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" was to create conditions for easy startup and comfortable business operations. Work to support entrepreneurs in this direction continues within the framework of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy."
