      At the Palace of Children's Creativity in Dzerzhinsk, the event "Safe Path on Two Wheels" took place. The organizer was the Ministry of Transport and Automobile Roads of the Nizhny Novgorod Region with the support of the UGIBDD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the administration, and the search and rescue squad "Volunteer" of Dzerzhinsk, as well as regional ministries of education and sports. The event was held as part of the regional program "Road Safety" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life." More than 300 children and their parents participated in the event. The participants were organized into thematic areas where rescuers, doctors, traffic police inspectors, and athletes demonstrated first aid techniques, special equipment and gear, as well as sports pit bikes. Children participated in quizzes and master classes. All young guests received certificates, sweet gifts, and reflective elements. Special attention was paid by the organizers to the inadmissibility of using pit bikes on public roads, as well as to the management of vehicles before reaching the established age and in the absence of driver's licenses. It was emphasized that any vehicle is a source of increased danger and requires appropriate skills and responsibility. "The safety of children on the roads is one of the key tasks of the national project 'Infrastructure for Life.' Within this project, we not only build and repair roads but also conduct large-scale preventive work. The event 'Safe Path on Two Wheels' is an example of how through interactive communication and master classes we convey important rules to children and their parents," said Tatiana Ivanova, head of the regional state control and safety department of transport infrastructure of the Ministry of Transport of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The national project "Infrastructure for Life" was initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. It includes 12 federal projects aimed at the development of road construction, housing and communal services, ensuring road safety, and developing public passenger transport.
