The appearance of the five-story parking lot near the Molitovsky Bridge has been published.

      June 5, 2026 16:59 Society The Nizhny Novgorod city administration has approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of parking lot No. 4 according to the general plan on Vorotynskaya Street in the area of the Molitovsky Bridge. The order has been published on the agency's website. According to the document, the area of the land plot for construction will be 3,774 sq. m, and the built-up area will be 1,120.91 sq. m. The total area of the five-story building will reach 5,141 sq. m. The developer is LLC "SZ 'Komsomolskaya'," which is part of the GloraX group of companies. It is implementing a comprehensive development project in the area of the Molitovsky Bridge. Earlier, the city administration approved the architectural appearance of two buildings in this block, and later the Ministry of Construction issued a permit for the construction of the first multi-story building. The project has also been approved by the expert examination. A total of 586 thousand sq. m of real estate is planned to be built within the project, including 11 multi-section buildings ranging from 6 to 33 stories high. The construction of a school for 800 students, three kindergartens, a medical facility, and a physical culture and health complex is also planned.
