This is reported in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. The facility is planned to be built on Perevoz Street, plot 7. The examination of the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys was conducted by the State Administration "Management of State Expertise of Project Documentation and Results of Engineering Surveys." The developer is the State Budgetary Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "Nizhny Novgorod Construction Customer." The project documentation was prepared by LLC "Investment Construction Corporation 'Stroyengineering'" and LLC "Adapt Design." It is worth noting that the school will be named after physicist Evgeny Negin, a native of Bor. The contract for the construction of the flagship educational institution was signed at the end of December 2023 with LLC "Construction Engineering Company 'Stroyengineering'." It is planned to build a four-story educational building with an area of about 25,600 square meters, designed for 800 students. Two dormitories for 600 places will be built nearby. In the northern part of the territory, sports infrastructure will be equipped: a sports complex with a football field, basketball and volleyball courts, two tennis courts, and a table tennis area. Closer to the lake, an amphitheater will be placed. The project also includes laboratories, studios, workshops, and a park area. Initially, the completion of construction was planned for 2025, but the deadlines have been postponed. The commissioning of the facility is now expected in 2027, and its cost has risen to 7.09 billion rubles.
