This was announced at a meeting of the Legislative Assembly by Governor Gleb Nikitin, reports NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" correspondent. The head of the region noted that the reconstruction of the NSA remains one of the most relevant projects for residents. The first stage of work has already been completed. Recall that on May 12, 2026, JSC "OKO" signed a contract for the reconstruction of the second phase of the station with LLC "SoyuzDonStroy". The cost of the second stage is estimated at 20 billion rubles. In the coming years, it is planned to reconstruct and rebuild 61 facilities, including two ultraviolet disinfection stations. The first stage of modernization was completed in December 2025. The contractor was the Federal Autonomous Institution "RosKapStroy", and the contract for the full modernization was signed with them in 2022.
