In the first, he found citizens in a difficult financial situation, offered legal assistance, and then entered into loan agreements with them at 72% annual interest secured by real estate. Borrowers were misled, and their debt was artificially inflated. A total of 19 people were harmed by this scheme. Then the fraudster demanded through the court to recover the debt and seize the pledged property, the real value of which significantly exceeded the loan amount. In the framework of the second scheme, the man, managing another firm, found wealthy individuals wishing to invest money at a high interest rate, entered into targeted loan agreements with them, but did not intend to fulfill them. Another 22 people became victims. The court found the man guilty under the article on fraud in especially large amounts. He was sentenced to four years in a general regime colony.
