The information is posted on the government procurement website. The two-story building was constructed in 1955. The project provides for the complete dismantling of the capital construction object. The work will be organized in two stages - preparatory and main. At the initial stage, the contractor will need to install a temporary fence around the construction site, equip swing gates at the entrance, if necessary, lay temporary water supply and electricity networks, and also ensure lighting of the area in accordance with regulations. The demolition of the building will be carried out mechanically. For this, it is planned to use a tracked excavator with attachments - a hydraulic hammer and a bucket. Dismantling will be conducted from top to bottom: first, the above-ground structures - the roof, ceilings, and walls will be collapsed, and then the foundations will be dismantled. The customer for the work is the administration of the Kanavinsky district. The initial cost of the contract is over 8.2 million rubles. Applications for participation in the procurement are accepted until June 1, 2026. The results of the contractor selection will be announced on June 3, 2026. The dismantling must be completed within 35 calendar days from the day following the date of signing the municipal contract.
