The Nizhny Novgorod shipping company paid off over 5 million rubles in salary debt.
On May 22, 2026, at 12:23, the Nizhny Novgorod Shipping Company paid its employees a debt in wages and other payments amounting to over 5 million rubles, reported the Volga Transport Prosecutor's Office.
An inspection of compliance with labor legislation was conducted at LLC "Farvater." During the inspection, it was revealed that the deadlines for wage payments and other due amounts were violated for 99 employees.
The total amount of the debt exceeded 5 million rubles.
As a result of the inspection, a submission was made to the management of the enterprise. In addition, an administrative offense case was initiated against the company under part 6 of article 5.27 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for liability for non-payment or incomplete payment of wages within the established time frame.
Currently, the debt to the employees has been fully settled.
