The region is among 14 subjects of Russia where, over the past ten years, the incomes of employees in organizations have increased by at least three times. This group also includes Moscow, Belgorod, and Moscow regions. Overall, significant growth has been recorded in 40 regions across the country. The most noticeable dynamics have been observed in the republics of Mari El, Altai, and Udmurtia, where average salaries have increased 3.4 times from February 2016 to February 2026. In the Kurgan and Vladimir regions, as well as in the Altai Territory and Tatarstan, incomes have increased approximately 3.3 times. In Mordovia, Novosibirsk, Kursk, Lipetsk, Bryansk, and Amur regions, as well as in the Trans-Baikal Territory and Chuvashia, the growth has been 3.2 times. On average across Russia, the nominal salary has tripled over ten years—from 33,900 to 103,900 rubles.
