The house with the triptych "Connection of Times" has been put up for auction in Nizhny Novgorod.

      On May 7, 2026, at 09:49 Culture and Leisure, a competition was announced in Nizhny Novgorod for the sale of a cultural heritage site on Rozhdestvenskaya Street. The information is posted on the electronic platform of the Russian Auction House. Several premises and buildings with a total area of 2,325.4 sq. m are being auctioned as a single lot. The offer includes a three-story non-residential building "House of V.K. Michurin" with an area of 1,060.7 sq. m located at Rozhdestvenskaya, 49, along with separate premises within it. The site has the status of a cultural heritage site. Its facade features the famous triptych "Connection of Times." The building was constructed in 1848-1849 according to the design of architect L.V. Fostikov. Additionally, the lot includes a building in Gorodets - "House of merchant K.V. Kuznetsov with brick gates and a forged fence of the front yard" located at Gorky Street, 129. Its area is 192.1 sq. m. The house is also a cultural heritage site. The property is being sold as the property of private owners. The starting price of the lot is 134.6 million rubles. Applications are accepted until June 1 of the year. The results will be announced on June 3.
