In resort towns during the peak season, earnings are often significantly higher than in the off-season. Among the most sought-after specialists in the region are animators. The demand for them increased by 18% over the year, and the average salary offered was 45,917 rubles per month. Overall, Russia also recorded an increase in the number of vacancies in the hotel and tourism sectors. In March-April 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, the demand for chefs increased by 79%, and the average salary offered reached 97,327 rubles per month. The number of vacancies for animators grew by 58%, with an average offer of 50,487 rubles. Waiter assistants were sought 36% more often, kitchen workers by 31%, and sous-chefs by 12%. The average salary offers for these specialists were 99,688, 77,015, and 104,447 rubles per month, respectively.
