As reported by NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" in the regional government's affairs department, the constructed facility fully complies with the requirements of the project documentation. A corresponding conclusion has been issued. Now, it remains to obtain permission for the building to be put into operation. A set of documents is currently being prepared, which will then be submitted to the relevant authority. It is still unclear how the completed areas will be used. The question is being worked on. It is also undecided whether any executive bodies of the Nizhny Novgorod region or related structures will be located there. Initially, the project was planned to be completed by 2023, but deadlines were repeatedly postponed due to a lack of funding. Subsequently, the project was revised: in 2018, the third block was completed, and in 2020, the second. Currently, work on the first block is ongoing.
