      May 7, 2026 16:56 Society Rospotrebnadzor has launched the second thematic track of the All-Russian sanitary and educational campaign "Health Dictation" (0+) - "Movement is Life. Eating Right." It will last until May 22. Within the framework of the campaign, participants will learn how warm-up exercises prevent injuries, how to instill a love for movement in children, and why not only the composition but also the eating schedule is important. You can take the health "Dictation" online at the campaign's website dictation-sanprosvet.rf. It is also available through a chatbot in the national messenger MAX (max.ru/dictation_bot).
