The Kanavinsky District Court suspended the operation of the "Papa John's" pizzeria on Meshchersky Boulevard for two months. The reason for this decision was the noise that exceeded permissible limits. This was reported by the Rospotrebnadzor office in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Residents of the building where the establishment is located contacted specialists with complaints about the constant hum. An inspection confirmed their outrage: measurements taken in one of the apartments showed that the pizzeria's equipment was noisy above the norm both day and night.
As a result of the inspection, a protocol was drawn up against LLC "PJ CNN" under Article 6.4 of the Administrative Offenses Code and the materials were sent to court. The court reviewed the case and suspended the pizzeria's operation for 60 days.
