      Starting in 2026, a large-scale ecosystem to support youth will begin operating in Nizhny Novgorod. It is being launched by Minin University, which has won the grant competition "Rosmolodezh. Universities". To transform the pedagogical university into the main regional platform for the development of family values, patriotism, and interethnic dialogue, the university will allocate more than 20 million rubles in grant funds to implement 15 comprehensive projects over the next two years.

      The program consists of two stages. In 2026, students can expect nine events: from the educational marathon "Family Environment" and the patriotic gathering "Time of the Hero" to the opening of the ethnospace "Atmosphere" for communication with foreigners and the business project accelerator "PedTech. Starting Point". In 2027, six more directions will continue, including the convention "Navigator of Family Traditions" and the festival of international friendship clubs.

      All projects are integrated into the federal strategy for youth policy development, the national project "Youth and Children", and some family-themed projects correspond to the national project "Family" and the demographic policy development strategy "Foundation" of the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, Gleb Nikitin. For example, the marathon "Family Environment" will teach young couples how to build relationships, while participants at the "Fidgital Outpost" shift will manage drones and master robotics. Regular informal meetings called "ethno-apartments" will be organized for international students, and future teachers will undergo training at the "Captains of Happy Childhood" camp leadership school.

      "We are building an ecosystem where 10,000 young people will not just gain knowledge but become agents of change. Whether it's a competition for student couples that strengthens the institution of family or a festival of camp competencies that prepares childhood leaders. Our task is for each of these participants to leave with a ready project, support from friends, and an understanding that their ideas are needed in Nizhny Novgorod Region. The 20 million rubles in grants are specifically aimed at creating a constantly operating center of attraction for youth," noted the rector of Minin University, Viktor Sdobnyakov.

      The result of two years of work will be the emergence of a "new generation" teacher—a professional who can communicate with youth in a modern language, is proficient in digital and fidgital technologies, but at the same time maintains a commitment to traditional family and patriotic values. All successful practices will be published on the all-Russian platform "National Image of Family" for replication in other regions.
