VTB has completed the acquisition of Post Bank.

Now VTB clients can access services at 4,500 service points and 23,000 post offices. "The merger of VTB and Post Bank is one of the largest integration projects in recent years. The main result: we have changed the model of providing financial services in Russia, eliminating the difference between a metropolis and a small town. Now it is a unified space with equal opportunities for any resident of the country, regardless of whether they live in the capital or in a remote village. Clients can use VTB services online in the app, at branches, through mobile managers, and at Russian Post. No other bank in the country has such an advantage," said VTB President and Chairman Andrey Kostin. The integration of VTB and Post Bank has been carried out in stages since the beginning of 2025. First, the ATM networks were merged, and then VTB products became available in Post Bank offices. There are now 23,000 representatives of VTB in Russian Post branches who can assist clients in obtaining products and services. Together with the Social Fund of Russia, a seamless pension transfer was implemented. Since January 2026, VTB has become the operator of the Pushkin Card (more than 6.5 million cards have been issued to date). In addition, the rebranding of the office and ATM network has been completed. Thanks to the integration, the network of the merged bank has become the largest in Russia. Today, VTB is represented in more than 13,000 populated areas, including small towns and rural settlements in all 89 Russian regions. The combined ATM network consists of 19,000 devices.
