The opening of the renovated Museum of the History of Artistic Crafts on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod is scheduled for late 2026 - early 2027. "At the end of the anniversary and calendar year, the opening of the Museum of Artistic Crafts on Pokrovka is planned, where renovations are currently underway. We really want to make such a New Year's gift to all Nizhny Novgorod residents," emphasized Filippov. The future exhibition of the museum will showcase the entire ethnocultural diversity of the region, tell about the late culture of the rural population of craft and trade centers, and the economy and everyday life of the Volga peasant. At the same time, the artistic crafts of the Nizhny Novgorod region will remain the semantic center of the new exhibition.
