The hotel project on the embankment of Gorodets has undergone re-examination.

      April 21, 2026 13:05 Economy The project for the construction of a hotel and recreational complex on Alexandrovskaya Embankment in Gorodets has undergone a non-governmental examination again. This is reported in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

      A positive conclusion was issued by LLC "Non-Governmental Expertise NSO" from Novosibirsk. The developer is LLC "Volga Center for International Investments." The project documentation was prepared by the Nizhny Novgorod LLC "Veles NN."

      In October 2025, the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys already received a positive conclusion from the non-governmental examination.

      It should be noted that a repeated check is required in cases where changes are made to the documentation that could affect the structural reliability and safety of the facility or change its main technical and economic indicators.

      The decision to provide a land plot for the implementation of the project was made in November 2024 at a meeting of the council on land and property relations. It was reported that the complex will have 102 rooms.
