It was established that the former director of LLC "IPC", acting in the interests of the organization, transferred 1 million 200 thousand rubles in cash to the leading bailiff of the Pavlovsky district department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region from October 27 to December 31, 2023. According to the court's version, the money was intended to ensure that the bailiff did not apply measures to collect the enforcement fee — 7% of the debt amount across nine enforcement proceedings. The total debt of the company exceeded 60 million rubles. The assistant prosecutor requested that LLC "IPC" be found guilty and, taking into account the status of a small and medium-sized enterprise, impose a fine of 10 million rubles. The company's representative, in turn, insisted on terminating the proceedings, referring to note 5 to Article 19.28 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. As a result, the court found the organization guilty and imposed an administrative fine of 10 million rubles. The arrest previously imposed on the property of LLC "IPC" was maintained.
