      On April 21, 2026, at 11:25 AM, Society The authorities of Nizhny Novgorod declared a state of heightened readiness near the house at 63 Kommunisticheskaya Street. The corresponding decree was published on the city administration's website. The decision is related to the emergency condition of the building and is aimed at preventing threats to the life and health of citizens.
