It will house a round-the-clock surgical hospital with 380 beds, a day hospital with 10 beds, 24 operating rooms, an intensive care unit with 21 beds, diagnostic and laboratory blocks, a pharmacy, a food block, a laundry, a disinfection department, and a medical waste sterilization area. The maximum number of floors in the building will be up to 11 levels. The medical institution will operate around the clock and without weekends, while the clinic will operate in two shifts for 300 days a year. The facility will be located at Rodionova Street, 190, on a plot of land over 60,000 square meters. It will become part of the "City of Health" project and must be executed in accordance with the unified architectural and functional solutions of the cluster. It should be noted that the Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Health has signed contracts for the supply of two PET/CT systems and one SPECT/CT system. It was also reported that the design of the Radiopharmaceutical Diagnosis and Therapy Center (PET-CT center) is underway. The facility will also be part of the large-scale "City of Health" project, which combines the resources of the N.A. Semashko Regional Clinical Hospital and the oncology dispensary.
