The project includes a large-scale renovation of the interior spaces. Old door blocks, partitions, ceiling structures, and finishes will be dismantled, after which new PVC doors and drywall partitions with thermal insulation will be installed. Ceilings will be updated on all floors and in the basement, walls will be cleaned and leveled, surfaces will be treated with antiseptics, primed, and painted. In some rooms, walls will be faced with gypsum metal panels for "clean rooms," and plastic bumpers will be installed to protect the walls. Moreover, it is necessary to replace the floor coverings. A significant amount of work is related to engineering systems. The modernization of the internal power supply is planned. Work on lightning protection and grounding, installation of fire and security alarm systems, voice notification, video surveillance, structured cabling networks, and intercom systems is also provided. As part of the major repairs, the ventilation, drainage, and other systems will be updated. In addition to internal work, a major renovation of the facade is planned. The dismantling of old window blocks and the installation of new PVC windows with double-glazed units, as well as the installation of window sills, slopes, and drains, are planned. The facade will be cleaned of old coverings and insulated. A major renovation of the building's roof is also planned.
