      On April 13, 2026, at 15:12 Society In Nizhny Novgorod, 211 ninth-grade students did not receive a passing grade on the final oral exam in Russian, which is a mandatory requirement for admission to the OGE. The work is assessed on a "pass/fail" system. The test traditionally took place on the second Wednesday of February. In 2026, it was on February 11.
