The corresponding resolution was signed by the city administration on April 8. The decision was made to prevent a possible threat to the life and health of residents. The special regime has been in effect since February. The administration of the Kanavinsky district has been instructed to cordon off the dangerous area with warning tape, determine the forces and resources to eliminate the emergency situation, and notify the building owners of the measures taken. The district administration must also establish inter-agency cooperation with the Municipal Institution "Civil Defense and Emergency Situations Management of Nizhny Novgorod" and, together with the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, organize continuous monitoring of the object's condition.
