A passenger counting system will be installed in Nizhny Novgorod buses for 39.6 million rubles.

      April 6, 2026 19:15 Society AO "Nizhny Novgorod Passenger Automobile Transport" has signed a contract for the supply and installation of sets of onboard equipment for an automated passenger flow monitoring system. The information is posted on the government procurement portal.

      The contract value is 39.6 million rubles. As part of the agreement, the carrier will receive 120 sets of equipment to equip the vehicles.

      The procurement was conducted from a single supplier in accordance with Federal Law No. 223. The name of the contractor is not specified in the published materials.

      The contract was signed on March 31. The execution period is set until August 24.
