      The developer of the hotel on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod has been issued a warning. This was reported by the head of the regional UGOOKN Grigory Melamed while answering questions from residents on social media. The hotel is being built at house No. 12B on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya, not far from historical buildings. Nizhny Novgorod residents have noted that machinery is passing near architectural monuments, which could cause them harm.

      In accordance with the agreed section on ensuring the preservation of cultural heritage sites, the movement of heavy vehicles closer than 10 meters is prohibited. In this regard, LLC "Privolzhye Invest" has been issued a warning, Grigory Melamed stated. The management added that cracks on one of the ancient buildings nearby have appeared a long time ago, likely due to poor execution of part of the work on the facade in 2024. Specialists are currently monitoring the condition of the site. It was previously reported that an additional 23 million rubles were allocated for the restoration of the Literary Museum building in Nizhny Novgorod.
