It became known what the residential buildings on the banks of the Oka River in the Lenin district will look like.

      In Nizhny Novgorod, the appearance of the first residential buildings on Vorotynskaya Street in the Lenin District has been approved. They will be built as part of the first phase of the residential quarter "Levoberezhny" according to the comprehensive development project (CDP), reports the press service of the developer GloraX. The facades of the buildings will include white, gray, and terracotta colors and will correspond to a unified concept for the entire development of the quarter. The exterior walls will be finished with a ventilated facade system using composite panels of various colors, terracotta-colored brick tiles, and panels made with painted glass. Perforated baskets for air conditioners will be installed outside under each apartment to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the building.

      It is worth noting that as part of the CDP, three kindergartens with 245, 265, and 124 places respectively, a school for 800 students, a clinic for 170 visits per shift, and a physical culture and health complex will also be built in the quarter. The adjacent area will be landscaped, and a waterfront along the Oka River will be improved nearby. Earlier, it was reported on the website pravda-nn.ru that the appearance of kindergarten No. 3 with 200 places in Nizhny Novgorod had been approved.
