The program "Guides of Meanings" has started in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      In the Nizhny Novgorod region, the All-Russian program "Guides of Meanings. New Route" has been launched. It aims to systematically engage high school students in grades 9-11, university students, and college and technical school students in the sphere of youth policy, as well as in projects and programs for youth implemented at the federal, regional, and municipal levels. The program is being implemented as part of the national project "Youth and Children." The organizers are the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) in collaboration with the Directorate for the Organization of Youth Forums and Programs. In 2026, it will take place in two waves - in spring and autumn. The Minister of Youth Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Svetlana Anufrieva, noted that a feature of the program is the format of field meetings based on the "peer-to-peer" model, taking into account the specifics of the regional audience and the phased involvement in project activities. From April to June, the program will cover at least 10,000 school students and 5,000 students from secondary vocational education institutions from 18 municipalities in the region. More than 500 meetings are planned. The meetings will be held in the format of a "navigator of opportunities" using real-life scenarios, success stories, and interactive tools. Work will be organized using both digital and analog formats, taking into account the characteristics of educational organizations. The meetings will be conducted by teams of "Guides of Meanings," which include specialists in youth work, employees of educational organizations, participants and graduates of youth projects and programs, representatives of public organizations, activists, and leaders of partner organizations. To participate, they underwent federal online training. The Ministry of Youth Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod region, together with the youth center "Height," organized regional meetings in online and in-person formats to prepare the team. Since 2025, by order of President Vladimir Putin, the national project "Youth and Children" has been implemented in Russia, continuing the tasks of the national projects "Education" and "Science and Universities." Its structure includes federal projects and programs: "Russia - a Land of Opportunities," "We Are Together," "Russia in the World," "All the Best for Children," "Leading Schools," "Teachers and Mentors," "Creating a Network of Modern Campuses," "Universities for the Generation of Leaders," "Professionalism."
