The installation of external water supply, heating, and household sewage networks has been completed. The sewage system is 80% finished. Inside the building, systems for general ventilation and smoke extraction are being installed. In April, it is planned to begin landscaping the area. Damir Biktimirov, the director of JSC "Specialized Developer of the Nizhny Novgorod Region 'Construction Directorate'", reported that to optimize construction, the house was divided into two parts, where monolithic work on the erection of vertical structures and ceilings was continuously carried out. The technology of pile driving was used, excluding dynamic impact on the surrounding buildings. The directorate clarified that the "House on Murashkinskaya" is the first multi-apartment building in Russia being constructed with full digital support for construction. The building has variable floors (10-11 floors) and is designed for 106 apartments with a total area of about 5,000 square meters. Nearby are metro stations, schools, kindergartens, clinics, a stadium, and an ice palace. The facility is planned to be put into operation in 2027.
