      Ticket sales for the concert "World Hits. Orchestra by Candlelight" (12+) continue in Arzamas, which was originally planned to take place on May 24 at the Cultural Development Center. Tickets for the concert are still available on the organizers' website. Their prices range from 1500 to 3000 rubles. Currently, about a third of the seats have been sold. However, representatives of the venue stated that the event will not take place there. The Cultural Development Center reported that all verbal agreements with the organizer have been canceled. They also noted that after the cancellation of a similar concert on March 20, many residents faced difficulties in getting their money back. Additionally, it was previously reported by residents of other Russian cities about the cancellations of concerts by the same organizer.
