Some electric trains from Nizhny Novgorod to Kazan will be canceled due to repairs starting March 30.

      On March 22, 2026, at 19:10, the "Volga-Vyatka Suburban Passenger Company" changed the schedule of electric trains from Nizhny Novgorod to Kazan due to repair work. According to the company, which is part of the structure of JSC "Russian Railways," trains will be canceled on March 30 and April 2, 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, and 27:

       № 7001/7002/7004/7006 Nizhny Novgorod — Kazan;

       № 7007/7009/7011/7012 Kazan — Nizhny Novgorod;

       № 7013/7015/7017/7018 Kazan — Nizhny Novgorod;

       № 7019/7020/7022/7024 Nizhny Novgorod — Kazan.

      Also, on the specified days, several routes in the Arzamas direction will be reduced and the schedule of the suburban train from Nizhny Novgorod to the "Vetluzhskaya" station will be changed.
