The organizers are the Ministry of Demography and Human Capital Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Nizhny Novgorod Staffing Center "Work of Russia." The main goal of the project is to inform Nizhny Novgorod residents about available state support measures in the field of employment, including professional orientation, psychological support, social adaptation, as well as opportunities for professional training and obtaining additional professional education. It is important for us that every resident of the region, regardless of age and life situation, knows where to turn for advice on how to improve their competencies or completely change their field of activity with the support of the state.
